Step 4: Identify technical resources
Establish whether the institution has the technical resource to create the XCRI-CAP feed, or whether it would require additional resource. If the former, then utilise full XML examples (including code) of previous XCRI-CAP exports, using the XCRI-CAP support available where questions arise.
